Millwork Shop Associate (Pre-Hung Doors & Trim)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join our millwork shop. This role focuses on assembling pre-hung doors, preparing trim orders, and helping with general shop production. Experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble pre-hung door units (hinges, locksets, casing)
Prepare and bundle trim orders
Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery
Read work orders and measurements
Perform quality checks
Keep the shop clean and organized
Follow safety procedures
Assist with material handling and organization
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable using hand tools and shop equipment
Able to read a tape measure and do basic math
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
Shop, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Delivery Driver
Woodwork Specialties | Full-Time 40+ Hours | Monday-Friday
Job Overview:
Woodwork Specialties is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our delivery team. This role is responsible for assembling loads and ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of high-quality building materials to job sites throughout West Michigan.
Experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. A valid driver's license is required.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble and prepare delivery loads in the yard
Review delivery schedules and addresses before each route
Safely and efficiently deliver materials to customer job sites
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and complete
Keep delivery trucks clean, organized, and well-maintained
Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and yard organization
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable driving large trucks and operating equipment safely
Able to read a tape measure and preform basic math
Ability to follow directions and accurately locate delivery address
Ability to lift and move building materials
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
