Millwork Shop Associate (Pre-Hung Doors & Trim)
 Woodwork Specialties | Full-Time 50-60 Hours| Monday-Friday|

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join our millwork shop. This role focuses on assembling pre-hung doors, preparing trim orders, and helping with general shop production. Experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble pre-hung door units (hinges, locksets, casing)

  • Prepare and bundle trim orders

  • Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery

  • Read work orders and measurements

  • Perform quality checks

  • Keep the shop clean and organized

  • Follow safety procedures

  • Assist with material handling and organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Comfortable using hand tools and shop equipment

  • Able to read a tape measure and do basic math

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Shop, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is a plus
